4 photos of the ‘Zeppelinwiese’ in Nuremberg (Reichsparteitagsgelände)

From 1933 to 1938, party days were held at this site every September for about a week. These were characterised by parades, torch processions, sports events and speeches by Adolf Hitler. The 1938 party days were the last the Nazis held. The next scheduled party days, of September 1939, were cancelled due to the outbreak of World War II when Hitler invaded Poland on 1 September 1939.
