K.I.A. Perished Greek soldier 1941 ( Unternehmen Marita)

This fallen soldier held a weapon that disintegrated. This is most probably a 'Berthier M1916' which was also used by the Greek army. Other features include the bayonet holder and the water bottle.
On the reverse is the text : ‘Griechenl’ which would roughly mean Greece or Greek.

The size of the picture is 10 x 7 cm.
The picture is in very good collectible condition!
