'Unterfeldwebel' has just been awarded the Iron Cross, 2nd Class, in sepia. (KIA).

The soldier in the photograph has a visible ‘2’ on his epaulette, and what appears to be a ‘3’ on the button of his epaulette.
On the reverse, it states that it is a memento of his ‘fallen’ brother Fritz. December 1940.

The photo card is in very good condition and measures 13 x 9 cm.
